Cold Water Rinsing

Happy Tuesday Everyone!

I was wondering if any of my readers rinse their hair with 

COLD water?

I have been doing research on the benefits of

cold water rinsing and I am very tempted to 

add it to my routine.

I tried it this morning when I was in the shower BUT 

that didn't go well! I was FREEZING. 

LOL

So, I ended up rinsing with "luke warm"

water.

I guess I will have to rinse with cold water over the sink.

That may be easier.

Do you rinse with cold water?

If so, can you see a difference in your hair?
