Urban Decay released it's new fall products earlier this month and if you go to their website you can click through their little flip book to check them out!
The first product is their Ink For Eyes. For $22 you get a little rectangle compact with a double sided brush with a mini mirror. I'd love to try these someday but at $22 a pop, I'm gonna stick with my fluidline until I get some extra cash! It seems really convenient for taking on the go and you don't have to worry about getting your brush all mushed up.
The next products is the new Face Primers! I really wanna try these since I'm not particularly fond of MAC's Prep + Prime Skin [although I still use it because I need a primer & I don't want it to go to waste!] There's 2 different formulas, both $30 each. A Brightening formula made for mature skin to minimize the look of fine lines and wrinkles as well as a Pore Perfecting formula for an airbrushed look. It says that the Pore Perfecting primer is ideal for oily skin but can be used for dry skin as well.
The Eyelash Primer Potion for $20 seems like any other mascara primer - white, made to make lashes thicker and longer.
The Lip Primer Potion claims that "color will appear truer, last longer, will not fade or feather."
They also released 3 new deluxe shades! I have 3 deluxe shadows from Urban Decay - Adore, Graffiti, & Peace - and I love them all! They're super pigmented and they apply like a dream. The new colors are Ruthless, Frigid, & Freakshow. Ruthless is described as pale sandy taupe shimmer, Frigid a deep purple with blue sheen, and Freakshow a deep purple with red sheen. Each shadow is $18 each.
Along with 3 new shadows, they also released 3 new lipsticks in Oil Slick, Confession, and Naked. Black lipsticks have been popping up everywhere! But Naked looks like a really pretty nude color. At first glance, I'm not particularly fond of their lipstick packaging because there's a little dagger on the bottom which means they can't stand up! =[ The price is also kind of a deal breaker - each lipstick is $22 - but I wouldn't mind trying it.
2 new 24/7 Lip Liners in Paranoid & Wallflower for $16 each
Their Cream To Powder Foundation reminds me of MAC's Studio Tech, although I've never tried it. For $34 it comes with it's own brush.
And lastly 4 new shades of their Surreal Skin Mineral Makeup for $29 each
Overall I think UD released quite a few things I would loove to try but I wish their price tag was a little cheaper! If you've tried any of these I'd love to hear what you think about them!

Urban Decay Fall Line
Underbraid aka Dutch braid.
3.This is were you start grabbing new sections of hair and adding them just like we did in the french braid. So I drop the right strand, pick up a new section of hair and then pick up the strand I dropped, then cross it UNDER the center strand. Do the same thing to the left side, making sure you go UNDER not over. Continue this till you get to the nape of the neck.
This shows me pulling the new picked up hair UNDER the center strand.
4. Once you have picked up the last sections of hair, continue to use the basic underbraid pattern all the way to the ends.
And your done!!. Not that hard and a beautiful braid.
If you want it to look more intricate and complicated just adjust the size of hair you pick up. This time I did pretty big sections, but to make it look like it is super hard just pick up smaller sections. So I hope those were easy directions for ya, let me know if ya have any problems.
Update: Good Hair on Entertainment Tonight!
I still want to see it though so October 9th it is. Did anybody else catch the clip? What did you think?
Here's the trailor for Good Hair, which interestingly enough is being called a comedy. I guess I thought it was going to be a more serious, thought provoking documentary. But, with Chris Rock, I suppose it would be hard not to inject his classic humor. I hope it brings more than just laughs though considering how many women really suffer from low self esteem and self hate due to struggles with beauty. Take a peek:
If you tune in quickly, for the next 30 mins, you can catch a first glimpse at Chris Rock's Good Hair film. I'm gonna watch and let you know what I think later!

Be a Proud Member!
Guess who has a spanking new member's VIP card?
Most of us have bought stuff from Watsons before and now we are about to be rewarded when we do so!
Introducing the launch of the new Watsons card!
The picture above is of the Watsons card
itself as well as the welcome pack, which includes:
A guide to your new card, as well as $150 worth of vouchers!
To get your card is incredibly simple.
Just buy your card at $5 at any Watsons store, and this gives you:
- A lifetime membership! No renewal costs!
- $150 worth of vouchers
- And 20 bonus points in the card upon online activation!
Here are 2 examples of the vouchers found in my thick stack:
And many more! I especially like the discounts on products that I regularly buy anyway such as make-up or shampoo. From ZA to Maybelline to Gillette to Pantene to KFC rebates and deals, this is definitely not a voucher book that you'd toss away.
It works based on a Points system. The more points you earn, the more you get in cash rebates!
Not only that...
2x points whenever you purchase any Watsons' house brands,
and 5x points the first time you shop at Watsons during your birthday month!
5x is damn ridiculous lah! At this rate I'm going to do all my shopping during that one day in April only.
Once you get your card, it's important to remember to activate it, otherwise you won't be eligible for the 20 free bonus points!
Here's how:
So Cute!!
