HAPPY INDEPENDENCE DAY!!!!! and Serendipity 3 ( Las Vegas, NV)

Hi guys!

Happy 4th of July!!!!  I have been wanting to try this place, Serendipity 3,  since the first time I layed eyes on it about 2 years ago. I finally got the chance this time around in Vegas!  It's sooooo cute and I love the pink and orange colors, which makes it so curiously inviting!

 It's located right in front of Caesars Palace and across the street from the Flamingo Hotel and Casino.

I guess the best way for me to describe the inside is ....CUTE-SIE!!!  Sorta like a little girls room who likes all things girly

So the food.....SO GOOD!  They definitely give you your moneys worth (LOTS OF FOOD!)  Even the menu is huge!

The Full Monty (chicken breast, bbq sauce/ bacon/ monterrey cheese) w/ Sweet Potato Fries

Las Vegas Strip Steak Sandwich

This bad boy was huge.  It came with two pieces of steak with eggs and cheese..too much for me but it looked good.

Last but certainly not least is what Serendipity is known for, The Frozen Hot Chocolate!!!  3-4 people can eat off of this thing.  Sinful!!!

Well as hot as it was out here, I probably burned all the calories consumed walking back to my hotel!!!  I was sweating behind my knees..so YOU KNOW it was HOT!!! LOL!!

Sweeter mornings at KFC

KFC has recently come up with a new breakfast menu creation - the a.m. Blueberry Pancakes! We (meaning Mike and I) were invited to give it a try so we were really quite excited!

After all free food is always good :P And not to mention I love pancakes!

A little section in KFC Suntec City was partitioned off for us. It said private event. I felt like a kid having a birthday party there!

Cutlery and some... are these called condiments? were already on the table. Spot the butter, maple syrup, salt and pepper!

But first... A drink.

Felt like something light so I ordered a Iced tea. Brad on the other hand got milo peng!! Just looking at it makes me thirsty.

The first one is the a.m. Blueberry Pancakes
with Hash Brown!

Winning combination of fluffy pancakes, velvety soft scrambled eggs, and a hash brown.

Of course, imho no pancakes are complete without a heavy dosage of melty butter!! The pancakes tastes awesome with just butter but maple syrup makes it even better.

Actually I just drizzled the syrup to snap a picture. I love maple syrup so much I actually just dip slices of pancake into the syrup and noms it.

The pancakes are prepared just right and the blueberries make for an extra bonus taste!

Comes with freshly brewed coffee or tea for only $5.30.

The second plate, also known as the a.m. Platter.

It's a hearty breakfast with the signature Original Recipe chicken fillet which everyone loves, scrambled eggs, a.m. Honey Biscuit and hash brown.


OMG I AM SO IN LOVE WITH THE HONEY BISCUIT.

It's this warm, soft little bun of love. Inside completely fluffy and melts in your mouth while the outside is a little crispy and DRIZZLED with HONEY!!!

Seriously best biscuit I've ever had!! LOVE it. I had a second helping of it lol.

And introducing the a.m. Twister (Original Recipe):

Tortilla wrap

The inside is filled with Original Recipe chicken fillet, scrambled eggs, chopped tomatoes, cheddar cheese and mayonnaise. Comes piping hot and toasted. Totally delicious! If you are lazy to eat with a plate and cutlery, this comes neatly wrapped up for you.

The next item is famous:

It's KFC's a.m. Porridge!

Don't like the shallots and onions so I requested for none

This is Huiwen's favourite and she finished like 1.5 bowls all by herself -_-

Definitely comfort food!! Chucks of Original Recipe chicken fillet in the porridge. Add pepper if you like the peppery taste!

I love gooey sticky non-watery porridge. So smooth in your mouth.

Vegas Day One!

Hi guys!

So I'm in Vegas right now having a BALL!  It's raining right now so I'm in my room taking a breather and decided to upload some pics from my day thus far! 

 Here is what I had on today:

• Purple Ring: Gift
• Earrings: Body Central

I took these picture in the lobby of the hotel we stayed at, The Palazzo and I love how they've decorated for Independence Day!

I thought the dress was perfect for the weather...IT'S HOT AS FISH GREASE OUT HERE!!!!!

So you guys know how muvch I *HEART* H&M right??? Well, the one inside of the Caesars Palace Forum Shops is HUGE!!!! I felt like a kid in a candy store!

I'm having fun....OFCOURSE I AM IT'S VEGAS BABYand What Happens In Vegas Stays in Vegas...righhhttt!!!!

Crispers (Jacksonville) and An Award!!!!

Hi guys,
Sooooo...my camera is acting janky so these pics were taken with my Blackberry.  I apologize in advance for the quality.
Here we go:
The other day I went to Crispers for lunch!  Their food is FRESH and DELISH!!!!  I love the decor on the inside as well, it's so welcoming!

I ordered the half and half (Similar to the Pick at Panera Bread) with a half of a Signature Steak Sandwich and a bowl of the "Kickin' Crab Chowder.  Both were delicious!

The chowder was FULL OF CRAB MEAT!!!! YUMMMMM!!!

For dessert I indulged in a few of the mini-chocolate chip and pecan cookies!!! 

Crispers is always so fresh and tasty.  It reminds me a little of Panera Bread but they are different in their own rights.  Crispers may have more of a variety of things on the menu to choose from.  Their flatbreads are pretty amazing!  If you've never had them and have one near by, I'd definitely recommend it!
